CSR Strategy

Bentley’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Strategy consists of three core principles. We aim to be a responsible corporate citizen, both locally and globally. We endeavour to take care of the safety and wellbeing of our employees, while maintaining our status as an employer of choice for the best new talent. We strive to reduce our environmental impact. Our core CSR principles are designed to ensure we maintain our position as the world’s leading manufacturer of luxury cars for the long term. At Bentley we strive to ensure that our actions have positive impacts within the communities in which we operate. We are embracing new technologies in manufacturing and engineering which help our processes and products constantly evolve to become ever more efficient and deliver a sustainable future.

A CSR steering group works to ensure that these principles are implemented effectively right across the company. A broad spectrum of senior representatives brings a range of skills, experience and in depth knowledge from numerous key areas of the business to create CSR strategy and promote CSR principles throughout Bentley, both at Crewe and around the world. Bentley trainees also undertake charitable work as part of their development programme including working with the Prince’s Trust, as well as delivering digital skills sessions for the elderly. Bentley also supports the automotive charity BEN.
